I’d like to attend but unfortunately my (very old) car will be out of action having it’s air conditioning unit replaced. However, in a couple of months I’m hoping to take delivery of my new car (that’s on display very close to where you’ll be meeting and open til 9pm on Aug 3 ). Once I take delivery I’ll be looking for excuses to go for a drive.

So, you’re getting a battery-powered car? I think Cupra is the successor to Seat, so it’s from Spain, right. Sounds interesting.

“CUPRA is part of the Volkswagen Group and is best-known as the high-performance arm of trusted Spanish automobile manufacturer SEAT.”

However, the Cupra Born is manufactured in VW’s plant in Zwickau, Germany.

Great fun to drive, and I much prefer it over Tesla’s Model 3.

Good. I like to see competition for Tesla
