Delphi 10.1 Berlin on Windows 11

@ianbarker may be the best to answer this (but there maybe other people that also know). Delphi 10.1 Berlin IDE on Windows 11 - Any issue?

I have XE2-13.1 installed on Windows 11 - they all work fine - the only issue I have seen are those welcome pages that used the old web control (IE based).

Agreed. I have 10.3 installed (along with 11, 12, and 13) on Windows 11 and it works as expected.
