So I just tried Delphi 11, and it hangs opening my project. I tried deleting the .dproj file but that didn’t make any difference. it opens a few units and then bang! it’s dead.
Any ideas what else I should try? (not a good start, really…)
Could it be the good old “dialog opened behind the main window” problem?
Try moving the .dpk somewhere else to see if that helps
no turned out that there was additional problems with the laptop… so not sure which is the problem
Try deleting the .dsk file for the project.
I’ve had this issue before where I had an second monitor attached before and had windows open on that monitor - when that second monitor wasn’t there the IDE don’t deal with it well.
