A long time ago I used Bill Egg’s ISAPI Loader. The ISAPI Loader was a Delphi compiled DLL that did some behind the scenes magic to let you update an ISAPI DLL without needing to restart IIS.
It was never updated after 2009 and is now only available via the Wayback Machine.
It used to work really well but I am wary of using it a decade later on versions of IIS that it was never designed to support.
Does anyone here have any recent experience with it?
