Is Delphi CE only capable of producing 32-bit exe

I downloaded and installed Delphi CE edition which is free. In fact I returned to Delphi after 7 years. And things seemed to be changed a little bit.
I wrote a simple Hello World project (Windows VCL) but In the project options the target was just and Windows 32 bit only,
So the question is ; is Delphi CE only capable of producing 32-bit executables?

Right-click “Target Platforms” in the Projects window and see if you have more choices
