It shows in GetIt for me.

A word of warning: If you have GExperts, you may find that it “crashes” when GetIt attempts to shut down the IDE. If so, clear the crash message ASAP, otherwise the patch will fail, but it thinks it has succeeded… either that, or disable GExperts before applying the patch

It might have something to do with me using my devrel license. I was able to download it from the license portal.
