Dear Everyone,

Please can anyone point me at a good article (book, smoke signals, something) for learning how to (1) write a service for Android, (2) set up and start a service in Android, and (3) get a programme to communicate with an android service?

There are a number of Delphi Examples

They sit under Multi-Device Samples/Device Sensors and Services

I am continuing to struggle with the concepts myself.

I have recorded my struggles mostly for my own consumption on line

It does contain links to some of the Demo code
