Symposium Early bird finishes soon

Hi,
Early bird registrations for the 2025 Adug Symposium close soon (Tomorrow 18th April).

Remember to get Member rates your membership needs to be paid up to the symposium date and you need to log on to the system with your member ID.

There may be some free mostly Delphi related books (of various ages) available to in person attendees…

Vice President,

Please add me to the list of people attending the Melbourne Bistro Dinner. Please note that I sent an email to vice-president@adug.org.au but it bounced. Cheers, Peter.

I don’t know that we have that exact email address.
(We have president, secretary, treasurer 'tho)

There should be a registration event in the ADUG member system for ‘In person at Symposium’, which would include (I think) the dinner.

I haven’t seen any registration option for the dinner.
Do we need to book a seat for it ?

Hi, There is no booking for dinner afterwards.

The venue will probably like to know approximately how many will be attending sometime before the end of the symposium.

The email address I got from the ADUG website. I did not make it up. It is on the Symposium webpage. There is booking for dinner according to the ADUG website. It seems my request to attend the Dinner has not been actioned. Who do I contact, failing the specified contact details as given on the ADUG website?

Booking for the dinner is done on the day.

Perhaps someone should edit the Symposium web page, which still advertises the non functional email address and a non existent Meetings forum dinner 2025 topic?

Sorry,
I have changed the page, removed the email, but added the forum dinner topic entry.

The address should be valid. I used it when I was VP. Perhaps the forwarding is not set up properly?

For those attending the Bridge hotel on Friday (Tomorrow), the symposium is in the Starlight Room.

Hi Sue

Would you please indicate when do the zoom details get sent out to remote attendees?

Regards
Graeme

@Graeme there is already a Forum Thread/Group for registered attendees with that link.

The committee are currently meeting in Melbourne, in-person.

The names will be registered into that group a bit later today I’m guessing.

And I’m sure there will also be emails sent out tonight.

Zoom Links have been sent, I believe.

(To all currently registered online attendees)

Any issues ask here, or private msg me, or email

:open_mouth:

I haven’t seen one yet

Hi Paul, do you know how to get that zoom link if i can’t come on-site?
