Where is vcldbx.dcp in Delphi 10.4.2?

Where is vcldbx.dcp in Delphi 10.4.2? Currently porting Delphi 7 code and cannot find vcldbx dcp file! Cannot find it is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Embarcadero\Studio\21.0\lib\win32\debug

Only mentions of vcldbx found on my system with 11.2 Pro were:

Hi,

I had a quick look, and none of the *280.bpl files have a matching name dcp file.

There is a pile of assorted *dbx*.dcp files to be found though.
Whether the ones you want are in this lot is another question.
